WSS (Wirral Sensory Services)

The platform that runs a UK market-research agency's panel of thousands of consumers, from recruiting and screening to scheduling, clock-in and in-app voice reviews.

The problem

Managing thousands of panellists across many projects at once was hard to keep on top of. Each project had its own screening questions, several time slots and its own list of who was invited, confirmed or missing, which made it hard for staff to keep track of everything.

What we delivered

An admin web panel, a Flutter app for iOS and Android, and a REST API rebuilt security-first (rotating JWT tokens, rate limiting, validated uploads) without interrupting the live app. Invites go out automatically to the best-matched panellists, with SMS, email and push notifications.

Alfa Group

One connected system for an international industrial machine company, replacing phone calls and paper reports.

The problem

Service requests, technician dispatch and visit reports ran on phone calls and paperwork. Technicians were double-booked, customers couldn't see the status of a request, and reports weren't stored in one place.

What we delivered

Customers report machine issues from the app with photos and a map location. Admins schedule technicians with availability checks. Technicians follow their route on a live map, check in by GPS and submit visit reports on site. One Flutter app serves both roles, plus a Next.js admin dashboard with fine-grained permissions and two-factor login.

Gleam

A car wash app where washers come to the customer's car.

Customers skip the drive and the queue. The app includes phone, Google and biometric sign-in, WhatsApp code verification, car management, and wash plans paid from an in-app wallet.

Tammemly

An Arabic-first operations platform for home-services companies in the Gulf.

Bookings and updates ran through calls and personal WhatsApp chats, so jobs were missed and owners couldn't see revenue. Companies now take bookings, dispatch workers, send automatic WhatsApp updates, issue invoices and track revenue in one dashboard, with strict data separation between companies.

Safety Side

A booking website for an AC maintenance and cleaning company.

Every customer had to call to ask for a price, and phone bookings weren't recorded anywhere. Customers now get an instant estimate, combine several services into one invoice, share their GPS location in one tap, and each request lands in the company's Bitrix24 CRM as a lead.

How we work

A written plan first. No surprises after.

Plan

Before any code, you get a written plan: scope, data model, phases and what each phase delivers.

Build in phases

Work is delivered phase by phase, so you see working software early and can adjust between phases.

Test

Automated tests, including the failure cases, are written before the screens and run on every change through a CI pipeline.

Launch and support

Careful migrations keep live systems running through the switch. After launch, optional support plans cover hosting, maintenance and new features.

Remote, with communication you can rely on.

You approve the written plan before work starts, get a written progress update every week, and deal with one person who knows the whole system. Working hours overlap with most of the European working day.

The founder behind Joinery Digital.

Joinery Digital is led by Khaled Abdulall Mohammed, a full-stack and mobile developer who has been building software for clients since 2019. He leads every project personally, from the first written plan to launch, so the person you speak to is the person responsible for your system.

Khaled works remotely with clients worldwide and across Europe. Every system can be built multi-language, with full right-to-left (RTL) support, so each language gets the same care.
