Privacy policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information Joinery Digital collects when you visit this website or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Joinery Digital is an independent software studio run by Khaled Abdulall Mohammed. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email Khaled@joinerydigitalsolutions.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us:

We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics that identify you, and we don't ask for sensitive information.

To understand how many people visit the site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views without cookies, without storing your IP address and without tracking you across other websites.

How we use it

We never sell your information or use it for marketing lists, and we won't add you to a newsletter.

Our legal basis

Under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your information because you asked us to respond to you, or to take steps before entering into a contract with you, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. Where we keep records for tax or accounting, we do so to meet a legal obligation.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and our email. They only process your information on our behalf:

Some of these providers may store data outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, we delete enquiry messages within 24 months. If we do work together, we keep project correspondence for as long as needed to support the project, and business records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Email Khaled@joinerydigitalsolutions.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK or the supervisory authority in your EU country.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
